About me
Suaimhneas Psychotherapy is a private practice in the heart of Westport, Co. Mayo,  providing a warm, non-judgmental, empathic space for clients. I hold a MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a diploma in Adolescent Psychotherapy.  I am a fully qualified integrative and humanistic psychotherapist, pre-accredited with IACP.

I see a broad range of clients with all issues and presentations. I specialise in ages 13+ and offer general psychotherapy services including:
